So you want an update huh....

Well, yes it has been a while since we have shared our lives with millions and billions of people out there who won't end up reading this...so how about another update. Well, Christmas was spent with Camille's family this year. We arrived at around two in the afternoon to open presents with everyone, except for Sam and Connie who decided to brave the cold winter weather in Utah for Christmas this year. It was a good time.

Between Christmas and New Years we had another fun trip up to Santa Barbara. We hiked in the morning in the mountains. We now only have one more trail to do in that area. We enjoyed a nice lunch at our favorite hole-in-the wall Mexican place, La SuperRica. After lunch we flew Camille's kite for the first time over on the beach (and broke it), and finished the trip off at our favorite Sushi place! Overall it was a fun day trip.

New Years was spent up at a cabin in Big Bear. The drive up was a windy one, which was not even close to enjoyable. It made us both sick. And, unfortunately, we had to make the trip a few times due to a speaking engagement in Sacrament meeting on Sunday that we couldn't weasel out of. However, once we made it up the mountain and stayed we had a great time with the family. One day was spent snowboarding and skiing in which Camille went skiing down the mountain and Jeff went down after her falling on his bum every few seconds. Despite the sore bodies the next day, the trip to the slopes was well worth it. We also, had fun entertaining Raine and Rio for a while, but by the end of the trip I think everyone was ready to get home...Cabin fever.

We were also able to make it down to San Diego for a fun weekend to see family there before Jeff started up classes again. The trip was planned for December but had to be postponed due to a battle with the stomach flu which most everyone down in San Diego lost, courtesy of Dad. The trip was a fun one though, filled with hot tubbing, our favorite game Sorry, and a nice relaxing time.

As for now, Jeff is once again being tormented by law school classes and looking for a summer internship while Camille is continuing to expand her Success Coaching and Tutoring empire throughout Orange County!
